C. Jayachandran earned his B.Sc. in physics from Madras University and an M.B.A. in general business management from The International University, Missouri USA. C. Jayachandran spent 18 years working with leading tire industries in the areas of mixing and compounding, dipping and calendering, and physical, chemical and tire testing, before joining ARDL-INDIA in 2004.

He has vast experience in technical and quality problem solving for the tire manufacturing industry. During his tenure in tire industry he worked on projects including: waste reduction, cost reduction, quality and productivity improvement, quality system development and implementation, raw material development, raw material in-process and finished product specification development, process modification, vendor development and rating, product development, out sourcing and setting up of quality laboratory.
